Terms of use

These terms are the conditions for using this website (nexotrade.com) and the NexoTrade app for iPhone and Android, which belong to TRADEAUDIT SLU, an Andorran company (NRT L-721380-S, registered office: Antic Carrer Major 26, 2n 2a, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Andorra). By using them you accept these terms, and by creating your account you confirm it.

You must be 18 or older to create an account, play the tournament, enter a giveaway or take part in the community. If we find that an account belongs to a minor, we close it.

The tools are free: we don’t charge for anything. Some parts are unlocked with your account or your rank, which comes from your trading volume with CryptoBruj’s code. How we are funded is explained on Advertising and affiliation.

Nothing here is financial advice or a personalised recommendation. The tools, calculations, guides, live streams and what other users post are for guidance only: the decision to trade is yours, and so is whatever you win or lose. The risks of trading crypto-assets and using leverage are on Risks.

Exchanges are companies independent of us. Your account on an exchange is an agreement between you and that exchange, under its own terms: we don’t hold your money, we don’t trade for you and we aren’t responsible for what an exchange does.

Market data and calculations come from external sources. We do our best to keep them accurate and up to date, but they can fail, arrive late or contain errors. The website and the app may change, stop for a while or stop offering a tool.

Your account is personal: one per person, and don’t share it. You sign in with your email, so keep access to it safe. You may not open extra accounts, link someone else’s UID or cheat to move up a rank, earn points or win the tournament or a giveaway.

Nor may you use the website or the app for anything illegal, try to get into places you shouldn’t, get around their limits, copy their content automatically or interfere with how they work.

If you take part in the community (posts, comments, chat and profile), what you post is yours and you are responsible for it. You give us permission to show it in the community for as long as it stays published. The Community rules say what isn’t allowed (for example, scams, other exchanges’ codes, selling things, promising profits, spam or being disrespectful) and they are part of these terms.

If something goes against the rules, these terms or the law, the team can hide or delete it, and can mute you or ban you from the community, for a while or permanently. We tell you why, and you can appeal each decision once from that notice. Being banned from the community doesn’t change your account, your rank or your tools. Anyone, even without an account, can report content from Report content.

The tournament and the giveaways are free: you can’t pay to take part or to get an advantage. Each one has its own rules, published with it, which prevail for that tournament or giveaway. Anyone who cheats can be excluded and lose their points, their position or their prize.

You can delete your account whenever you want from Settings › Delete account, and it is deleted immediately, as explained on Delete your account. We can block an account that breaches these terms seriously or repeatedly, or when the law requires it. While the block lasts, its email address and its UID can’t be used on a new account.

The NexoTrade brand, the design, the texts and the code of the website and the app belong to TRADEAUDIT SLU or to whoever lets us use them. You can use them for yourself, but not copy them for another product or to sell them.

We are liable for what is our fault, as the law provides. We aren’t liable for what you win or lose when trading, for what exchanges or other websites we link to do, or for what other users post, unless we know it is illegal and don’t remove it. Nothing here takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

We may change these terms when the website or the law changes. If the change is important, we’ll let you know in your account beforehand; if you don’t agree, you can delete it. This version is dated 18 October 2026.

These terms are governed by Andorran law, and disputes are settled by the courts of Andorra. If you use the website or the app as a consumer from another country, you keep the protection your country’s law gives you and you can go to its courts.
