NexoTrade

API terms of use

Indicative translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

These conditions are for using the NexoTrade API (api.nexotrade.com) with a key from your account. The API belongs to TRADEAUDIT SLU, an Andorran company (NRT L-721380-S, registered office: Antic Carrer Major 26, 2n 2a, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Andorra). They add to the Terms of use: what those say applies here too. By creating a key you accept them.

What it is

The API gives you, as data, the same things you see in the website’s tools (the Bitcoin zone, the fear and greed index, funding, the economic calendar, the liquidation map and your account data), to use in your bots and spreadsheets. Each piece of data opens with the same rank as on the website, which comes from your trading volume with Cryptobruj’s code. It’s free.

Your keys

You create them in Settings › API, up to five. They are read-only: they can’t change anything in your account or place trades. The full key is only shown when you create it; keep it yourself and don’t share it or put it on a website, in a shared spreadsheet or in code someone else can see. Anything done with your key counts as done by you. If you think someone has it, delete it and create a new one.

For your personal use

The data is for you. You may not republish it, resell it or offer it on another website, app, bot or channel for other people, or use it to build a product that copies it. You may comment on or show an occasional figure, always with its source.

Sources and how to credit them

Some data comes from others, and you must credit them as they ask:

The fear and greed index belongs to Alternative.me (“Alternative.me Crypto Fear & Greed Index”, https://alternative.me/crypto/fear-and-greed-index/). Credit it with its name and link next to the data. The API only gives today’s value and the last 30 days.

The US economic data in the calendar comes from the FRED API: “This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.” Using our API also means accepting the FRED API terms of use (https://fred.stlouisfed.org/docs/api/terms_of_use.html). You may not use our API to copy or rebuild the FRED database.

The European Central Bank interest rate carries “Source: ECB statistics.”, and its figure is given as is, unchanged.

The Bitcoin zone, the average funding and the liquidation map zones are our own calculations: credit them to NexoTrade.

It’s not a recommendation

As on the website, nothing the API gives is financial advice or tells you what to do. If a bot of yours trades with this data, the decision and whatever you win or lose are yours.

Limits

Each key can make 60 requests per minute and 10,000 per day. If you go over, the API tells you to wait and for how long. You may not get around the limits, for example by spreading requests across several keys or several accounts.

In case of abuse

We can cut off a key or an account’s API access, without notice, if it’s used against these conditions, if it puts the website at risk or if the law requires it. If it was our mistake, write to us.

No guarantee it’s always available

We do our best for the API to work and its data to be correct, but it can fail, be late, stop for a while or be switched off. Data that comes from others can change or disappear if its source decides so.

Version /v1 won’t break without notice

Nothing at the /v1 addresses will be removed or renamed without notice first on the Developers page. We may add new data to a response, so your program shouldn’t fail if it gets one it doesn’t know.

Changes

We may change these conditions when the API or the law changes. If the change is important, we’ll ask you to accept them again before you create another key. This version is dated 28 October 2026.

They are governed by the law of Andorra, like the Terms of use, and you keep the protection the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

For any question about the API or these conditions, write to us at hola@nexotrade.app.
